Project: 6' x 5' mural painted on a utility box as part of Cal Poly's Campus Beautification project.
Concept: One of the most beautiful parts of living on the central coast is being surrounded by such rich diversity of wildlife and nature. San Luis Obispo is home to mountain ranges, beaches, waterfalls, and forests. Within these landscapes live an abundance of wild animals. I wanted to capture these aspects of my life in the central coast that brought me so much peace. As students walk past this mural on their way to and from class, I hope they will take a moment out of their busy, stressful lives to appreciate their surroundings.
